Order Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.
UK Shipping (Mainland & Northern Ireland):
We ship all UK orders via Royal Mail Tracked & Signed.
Express Shipping (1–3 Days) — £7
Standard Shipping (2–4 Days) — £5
Pick-Up Point Delivery (2–4 Days) — Free
Same Day Collection (available within 2 hours) — Free
Republic of Ireland & Europe Shipping:
We ship all orders to Republic of Ireland and Europe via UPS or DHL.
International Standard Shipping (3–11 Days) — £20
North America Shipping (USA & Canada):
We ship all orders to North America via UPS or DHL.
International Standard Shipping (3–11 Days) — £50
All international orders are shipped via UPS or DHL (carrier selected based on destination and service availability) and are fully trackable. Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance and location.
Shipping Restrictions:
Please ensure that your shipping address is a valid residential or commercial address.
We do not offer shipping to PO boxes or remote locations outside of our designated shipping areas.
Custom Duties and Taxes (For International Orders):
For international orders, please be aware that customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Route Shipping Protection (Optional at Checkout):
We proudly offer optional shipping protection via Route to protect your order against loss, theft, or damage in transit.
If selected at checkout:
- Route will handle any delivery issues directly.
- You can easily file a claim through Route at claims.route.com.
Please note: If you decline Route Protection, Reascorsetcollection is not liable for any parcels marked as delivered, lost in transit, or damaged during delivery.
We highly recommend Route Protection for added peace of mind, especially for high-value orders.
Failed Deliveries and Re-delivery Fees:
If your delivery is unsuccessful (e.g., no one is available to receive the parcel), the parcel may be returned to us or sent to a local pickup point for collection. Any re-delivery charges will be the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Address:
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout, as we are not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses.
Lost or Damaged Parcels:
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@reascorsetcollection.com within 48 hours of the delivery notification so we can assist you.
If Route Protection was added at checkout, please file your claim directly with Route at claims.route.com.
Handling Orders During Holidays:
During public holidays or peak seasons, delivery times may be longer than usual. We recommend placing your order in advance to ensure timely delivery.
