How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking link. You can follow your package in real-time from there. If you haven’t received your tracking email within a few days, check your junk/spam folder—or reach out to us at info@reascorsetcollection.com
You can also track your order anytime by logging into your account or visit Tracking.
What comes with my order?
Every order includes:
- Your corset, carefully wrapped
- Signature seamless panties
- A thank you + lace guide card
- A luxe reusable storage box
- Optional: you can add a matching bangle set at checkout for an extra charge
Can I add a note to my order?
Yes! There’s a box at checkout where you can leave a note—whether it's for a gift, special request, or anything you want me to know.
If you’re ordering ‘The Signature Fit’ adding your measurements and any specific fit requests in the note section is required to ensure we create the perfect fit for you.
How long does shipping take?
We usually process all orders within 1-2 working days. For UK orders, you can choose standard or express delivery at checkout. Custom pieces take a bit longer as they’re made especially for you. International shipping times vary by destination and shipping method, but we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
Route shipping protection is optional and can be added at checkout for extra peace of mind and real-time tracking.
How do I know what size to order?
All corsets are structured and fitted so sizing is super important. Please take your bust, waist, and hip measurements before placing your order. You can find a full size guide here. If you’re unsure, it’s always better to size up—tight can be cute, uncomfortable isn’t!

Do you accept refunds or exchanges?
Returns must be requested within 3 days of delivery by email. Items must be unworn, in original packaging, and have all tags/ribbons intact.
Exchanges are only available if you're London-based and your desired size is in stock.
We reserve the right to reject returns that don’t meet these conditions.

What if I’m outside your size range?
You’re still welcome here. If you don’t see your size in the standard XS–XL range, head over to the Signature Fit page where you can place a custom size order. I’ve added this to make sure everyone can find their perfect fit.
What delivery options do you offer?
We’ve made it easy for you to get your order your way. At checkout, you can choose from:
- Home Delivery – Straight to your door
- Parcel Shop Collection – Pick up from a local parcel shop near you
- Local Pick-Up – Collect directly from our studio/store (address will be shared in your confirmation email)
Can I change my delivery option after ordering?
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, drop us an email at info@reascorsetcollection.com as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to update it. Once it’s been shipped or prepped for pick-up, we can’t make changes.
How will I know when my order is ready for pick-up?
If you choose local pick-up, you’ll get an email when your order is ready, with the full pick-up details and instructions. Please wait for that confirmation before coming to collect.
What if my package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged?
Once your order has been shipped and a tracking number is provided, it’s in the hands of the courier.
If it’s delayed:
Please allow a few extra days during busy periods. You can track your parcel using the link sent in your shipping confirmation email.
If your order is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived:
Double-check with neighbours or your local parcel shop. If it still hasn’t turned up, we recommend contacting the courier directly first. If you need extra support, email us at info@reascorsetcollection.com.
If it arrives damaged:
Please email us within 48 hours of receiving your item, including clear photos of the product and packaging. We’ll look into it and do our best to make it right.
If you selected Route Shipping Protection at checkout, your order is covered for loss, theft, and damage. You can file a claim directly with Route at claims.route.com for a fast resolution.
